JEEPLAB – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At JEEPLAB, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timeframes, tracking, and associated conditions for both Australian and international customers.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Carriers
- We use trusted national and international carriers including StarTrack, Australia Post, TNT, and DHL depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Some bulky or heavy items (e.g., wheels, bullbars, or large suspension kits) may be shipped via freight or pallet services.
3. Delivery Timeframes (Australia)
Typical estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Metro areas (VIC, NSW, QLD): 2–4 business days.
- Regional areas: 3–6 business days.
- WA, NT & Remote locations: 5–10 business days.
- Please note these are estimates and may vary due to courier demand, weather events, or regional distance.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress online.
- If tracking doesn’t update within a reasonable time, please contact our support team — we’ll assist you directly with the courier.
5. Shipping Cost
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Some large or rural deliveries may require a manual freight quote — if this occurs, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the adjusted cost.
6. Split Shipments
- To speed up delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels from different warehouses or suppliers.
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and there are no extra charges for split deliveries.
7. International Orders
- We proudly ship worldwide.
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing times but generally take 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- All international shipping costs and applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Delivery Issues
If a parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:
- Notify us as soon as possible at sales@jeeplab.com.au.
- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout.
- We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the hands of the courier, but we’ll always help follow up and ensure a fair outcome.
9. Authority to Leave (ATL)
- If you choose the “Authority to Leave” option at checkout, the courier may leave your parcel at the delivery address without a signature.
- JEEPLAB cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen after they have been left under ATL instructions.
10. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your delivery details are correct before finalising your order.
- We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch, and redelivery fees may apply for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
11. Backorders & Pre-Orders
- If an item is temporarily out of stock or available for pre-order, we’ll provide an estimated arrival date and ship the product as soon as it becomes available.
- If delays exceed reasonable expectations, we’ll offer the option of a full refund or alternative product.
